In aggregates, it is significant that the parts are added; in a system it is significant that the parts are arranged. (26)Therefore, my first task is to arrange my blogs and other Web 2.0 accounts and decide where they belong in the overall scheme of things. This blog shall be my journal and my main workspace where I will record major decisions and policies concerning this project. In "human body" terms, I would say that this will function as the brain of my blogging system.
How exactly does this blogging system work? In terms of actual blogs, I should write about the major concepts and issues related to this project. Then, I should blog, wiki and twitter somewhere else the specifics or details of the matter with corresponding hyperlinks pointed here.
In terms of timing, I will confine my work here to the first hour of my working day. In terms of purpose, my blogs are meant to give overall direction to everything else belonging to my system.
As for minor details, I'll post a comment instead of a blog as what I did earlier.
Readers may want to see detailed steps in setting up a blogger account. I think another blog to cover the subject matter is better than mixing trivial stuff here.
ReplyDeleteAs the main journal, all outgoing links should have a rel="nofollow" attribute. Incoming links from minor or supporting blogs should not.
